Sal Pavone

Sal is the Vice President of Operations and Engineering at 3DGS, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, he served as VP of Operations at Lumentum, where he led initiatives in capacity expansion, product development, and yield enhancement. Before his time at Lumentum, Sal spent 22 years at Texas Instruments in various technical and managerial roles across Operations and Development. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and has 12 patents to his name.
